Overview - Romania's reputation has continued to improve in 2004, as a result, the industrial market registered increased demand for both production and warehouse facilities. Several companies announced their decision to enter the market or to include Romania in their potential relocation / expansion plans.

Last year's supply of industrial space did not meet potential demand, and prospective clients preferred to wait rather than pay higher prices; rents stayed constant. Industrial stock is considered as production units (which may include assembling activities) and warehouse facilities.
